SHIPPING FEE
Shipping fees are not refundable once the order has been shipped.
RETURN & REFUND
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Currency conversion fees and credit card fees are non-refundable when a refund is issued.
Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the price of the product will be refunded, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
RETURN SHIPPING
If you are shipping an item over $35, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
