📦 Shipping Policy

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

We are working hard to mitigate fulfillment and shipping delays during the holiday season. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive.

TRANSIT TIME

Carriers are selected based on the most efficient delivery method. Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days, but transit time may take up to 7-12 business days depending on your location relative to our shipping center.

WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please contact us immediately with your order number and the correct shipping address at info@jasekingstitch.shop. If you have already received a shipping confirmation, and the order has been shipped, it may not be possible for us to retrieve the package, and additional charges may apply to resend the order. Please note that Jase King Stitch™ is NOT responsible for package loss or delivery failure caused by incorrect shipping addresses. Ensure you double-check and enter the correct shipping address before submitting your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders are shipped via the most efficient delivery courier to your destination country’s postal service. Shipping costs are generally determined by the actual weight of goods and packaging, but occasionally, the cost may be based on the dimensional weight of the package (depending on the size of the order).

CUSTOM DUTIES, TAXES, AND BROKERAGE FEES

International shipments may require additional duties and taxes to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery. These fees are not covered in our shipping rates. Please check with your local postal service or customs office to find out what these fees may be before placing your order.

Jase King Stitch™ is not responsible for packages held in customs or for any customs duties or brokerage fees owed. If you decide to refuse a shipment, Jase King Stitch™ will not grant refunds of any kind.

WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY TRACKING NUMBER / HOW CAN I CHECK ORDER STATUS?

Orders are generally processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your order and tracking information. After a shipping label is printed, it may take 24 to 48 hours for the package status to update on the carrier’s website.

DAMAGES AND STOLEN PACKAGES

Unfortunately, Jase King Stitch™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or for packages damaged in transit. If you notice significant damage to your package or any other issues with delivery, please take a picture of the package before opening it and send it to info@jasekingstitch.shop. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately with your order number and tracking number (please be prepared to provide an alternative and secure address if a second delivery attempt is necessary).
